I cant use it because every time i open the app i directly crash on this version please fix it

My kids registered, and there is no way to cancel the payment, no answers to my emails. I am very surprised that it is even sold here...

Kinda defeats the purpose of offering a free 7-day trial when users are asked to pay first. Isnt the whole idea of a free 7-day trial for peoply to try Before they buy? Lol

Ive only had this for 20 minutes and its not what I thought it would be. Have tried to stop "auto renewal" to prevent future billing (as per their instructions) but there is no place to access this option. So frustrating!
