I use this on my pc and now my phone, and honestly? best free vpn i think i’ve ever used. i’ve been recommending it so much recently (for no particular reason…) it’s insane.

When it works it’s pretty good, but its a 50/50 chance.

First i say that, touch vpn is very good for work. It helps much time to watch any videos and other. It also increase the internet speed. I am really appreciate for this. But one reason that i always hate that, when i set a timer or hour to ON it such time. There is a problem i that i show some time is the exceeded of traffic. For this, i can't use it for long time such as, 1 day. Then it work by its original time. I think that, it should be solved as soon as possible. I request to solve it.

Have been going back and forth for one whole month now. I can’t seem to access my account. Reached out to Touch VPN but no help!

Today second day when app not working “Something went wrong, please try again later “ Please fix that. I pay every month and I wanna use it when I need. Other time working great and I like it.

I have been working with Customer Service for the past two days; Yes, even in the early mornings as the developers can’t fix these concerns since their last update. Since their last update, this App stopped working and NO ONE can help provide an answer / response to fix this issue. The developers need to fix this immediately, this in lieu of just, “. . . thanking everyone for their support?” (from customer service?). I still need help and now want a complete refund as I went with Express VPN WITH NO ISSUES! Does anyone care in fixing this?

Got this when it first came out. Works somewhat decent but costs money now. Definitely very disappointed as I loved this vpn, but I guess every company values money over customer satisfaction. Plus, why bother giving us ads if we still have to pay? Either make it free with ads or pay for no ads.

Since the new update I seem to have a lot of connectivity issues. Won’t connect and then I can’t access my internet because of it. Very annoying, so I have to delete and reinstall. Thinking about changing VPN services if this keeps up.

I still remember when you didn’t have to pay to have unlimited vpn :(

So I had decided to do that display name thing from Roblox, I used this and when I turned it off I automatically couldn’t get back the right money for roblox, you need to fix this and while I was getting to us it still didn’t work. Absolutely TERRIBLE.

How is it free when it’s $12.99 a month?

Very excellent vpn, used it for a few months now. Always able to access restricted sites. But, the description literally says no session or limitations, and truly unlimited. However, when I opened the app to connexct, it said I reached the daily limit, when I used it for 20 minutes. I dont understand because in the past month or two I used it without any sessions and just now is giving me a session.

App does not say, in app purchase, and there is no trial at least in US. This needs to be mentioned upfront so people don’t load an app that requires a purchase even just to try it.

My experience with this app has been good so far, but recently I have noticed that everytime I have the VPN on I get only ukrainian ads on youtube and other apps. Is this normal?

Since update this vpn has been trash. Very disappointed. It was working fine before update.

It says I can use the app for free with ads, but all the regions are locked and I basically have myself a useless app that does nothing but take up storage. What is the point in advertising that it can be used for free with ads when there is nothing you can do without paying?
